Refund policy

Cabinoro sells digital architectural design packages and related digital products. Because our products are delivered electronically, no physical returns are accepted.

All sales are generally final once digital access has been provided or files have been downloaded.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as duplicate purchases, technical delivery issues that cannot be resolved, or other cases reviewed by Cabinoro.

Cabinoro products are architect-led base design packages and are not permit-ready, construction-approved, or site-specific documents by default. Customers are responsible for having all purchased materials reviewed, adapted, and approved by qualified local professionals before use in permitting, construction, pricing, fabrication, or any real-world implementation.
