These Terms of Service apply to the use of the Cabinoro website and the purchase, download, and use of Cabinoro digital products.
Cabinoro LLC provides architect-led digital residential design packages, drawing sets, guides, and related digital materials. By purchasing or using any Cabinoro product, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Digital Products
Cabinoro products are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped unless expressly stated otherwise.
After purchase, customers may receive access to downloadable files through email, customer account access, or a digital delivery system used by Cabinoro.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, maintaining access to their email account, and downloading or saving purchased files within the access period provided.
Not Permit-Ready or Construction-Approved
Cabinoro products are base design packages and general architectural design resources. They are not permit-ready, construction-approved, site-specific, or jurisdiction-approved documents by default.
Building codes, zoning regulations, structural requirements, energy standards, climate conditions, soil conditions, accessibility rules, fire safety rules, and permit requirements vary by location.
Before using any Cabinoro product for permitting, construction, fabrication, pricing, or real-world implementation, the customer must have the materials reviewed, adapted, stamped, approved, and completed by qualified local professionals as required in the project location. These professionals may include licensed architects, engineers, contractors, energy consultants, code consultants, or other qualified parties.
No Professional Services Relationship
Purchasing or downloading a Cabinoro product does not create an architect-client, engineer-client, contractor-client, or professional consulting relationship between the customer and Cabinoro LLC.
Cabinoro does not provide site-specific architectural, engineering, structural, MEP, permitting, or construction services through the sale of standard digital products unless a separate written agreement is made.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for determining whether a Cabinoro product is suitable for their intended use, site, budget, location, climate, legal requirements, and construction method.
Customers are also responsible for obtaining all required permits, approvals, professional reviews, local adaptations, and construction documentation before any use in a real project.
Intellectual Property and License
All Cabinoro products, drawings, documents, images, text, diagrams, design systems, and related digital materials are the intellectual property of Cabinoro LLC.
Purchasing a Cabinoro product grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital materials for personal or project-related reference and development, subject to these Terms.
Customers may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, sublicense, upload, reproduce, modify for resale, or commercially exploit Cabinoro products or any part of them without written permission from Cabinoro LLC.
Refunds and Digital Access
Because Cabinoro products are digital and delivered electronically, all sales are generally final once digital access has been provided or files have been downloaded.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as duplicate purchases, unresolved technical delivery issues, or other cases reviewed by Cabinoro.
Accuracy and Updates
Cabinoro aims to provide clear, organized, and useful digital design materials. However, Cabinoro does not guarantee that any product will meet the laws, codes, regulations, site conditions, or construction practices of a specific location.
Cabinoro may update, revise, improve, replace, or discontinue products, files, descriptions, pricing, or website content at any time without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cabinoro LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, download, interpretation, modification, construction, or use of Cabinoro products.
Cabinoro LLC is not responsible for construction errors, code violations, permit rejection, site-specific incompatibility, professional negligence by third parties, contractor decisions, material substitutions, or unauthorized use of its products.
